احد الاشخاص في الجالية التركمانية المحترمة (المدعو نجم الدين ولي) في تورنتو بدا ينتحل صفة رسمية باسم جمعيتنا CITCAL Canadian Iraqi Turkmen Association لتعريف نفسه في السفارة العراقية والقنصلية التركية وغيرها من الأماكن الاخرى، ووصلتنا الكارت الذي يستخدمه هذا الشخص بناءا على مخاطبة رسمية من الجهات المعنية.
ونحن بدورنا كهيئة ادارية للجمعية نوضح بان هذا الشخص لا يمت باي صلة بهذه الجمعية الرسمية وتم فصله نهائيا لتصرفاته المسيئة لعرف وقوانين الجمعية، ونعتبر هذا تحايلا على القانون وانتحال صفة بطريقة غير قانونية وبدورنا سوف نتخذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لردء هكذا تصرفات في كندا.

A person in our respected Turkmen community in Toronto (so called Nejmettin Vali) who started to impersonate an official position on behalf of our CITCAL Canadian Iraqi Turkmen Association to identify himself as a president during his visit to the Iraqi embassy, Turkish consulate, and other places, and we received the business card that this person uses based on an official contact from the related authorities.
We, as an administrative body of the association, would like to make it clear that this person does not have any connection with our official association, and he got fired in April 2018 due to many serious reasons that he acted against our vision and values. We consider this as identity fraud and impersonation in an illegal manner, and in our turn, we will take the necessary legal measures to stop such behavior in our beloved Canada.
