Where: 255 Horton St. East, London, ON
Goodwill Building, 3rd Floor.
Required Documents: Bring a Canadian ID indicating Full Name, Photo, Address, also another Iraqi ID
Cost: $10 including forms printing (please bring cash as we don’t have credit machine)
